Price
Excepted the one stated explicily, Prices are generally quoted in Ex. Warehouse Hong Kong. Buyer will pay actual shipping cost. Shipping estimate of the selected mean of transport will be provided. For details abouts shipping alternatives, you may visit Shipping section. We do combine shipping. It would be cheaper to send a few pieces together than sending one piece.
Payment
We accept paypal as the only form of payment. It is fast, safe and convenient
to both parties. If you had not opened a Paypal account, you might visit
the official web site of Paypal ( http://www.paypal.com ) . Paypal transaction
fees are included in the prices.
Email Order
Once you decided what you want to buy, you may email your order to rconline@atcotoys.com
Please include the following in your e-mail:
- Your name
- The shipping address in the correct format and full
- Your phone number (for Express Mail or FedEx Order)
- A list of items and order quantities
- How you want us to ship it (Air Post / EMS Speed Post / FedEx)
You will then receive an email from us including the shipping cost and
expected delivery. To signify your confirmation, you could then send the
payment to rconline@atcotoys.com
or the paypal id specified on the invoice. Alternatively, you may revise
your order or alter the mean of transportation as you wished.
Your order will be proceed once the payment was duly received. You will
receive the confirmation within 2 working days with shipping details.
Tracking
A link to tracking page will be included in the delivery confirmation email. For those who selected EMS Speed Post or FedEx, on-line tracking would be available. You may trace your parcel in the Internet from time to time. For those who choose air post, limited tracking facility would be provided. Nevertheless, delivery confirmation would be available to some destination.
